The Magic Button Power Drives have been designed for simple erection and maintenance and are suitable for both new and existing installations.

Motor

1/2 H.P. 3 phase 415V, or single phase 1/4 H.P. continuous rated fan cooled.

Three Button Control

Operator may be stopped in any position and moved up or down from that position. Standard momentary contact, UP, DOWN, STOP. With overload protection.

Limit Switches

Adjustable precision limit switches, with accurate simple adjustments.

Gear and Chain Drive

Efficient long lasting quiet operation. Oil filled gearbox. Traveling trolley, slides on dual heavy angle tracks, with full roller chain drive.

Logic Control LC7 (optional extra)

If the door is closed, push of button (key, card key or radio) starts door up. The door stays open until vehicle passes beam and closes after, preset time (up to one min). If the button is pressed or beam broken, when the door is traveling downwards, it will instantly reverse to open position and reset timer.

If the door is in open position and the button is pushed or beam broken the timer is automatically reset. There is no response, it the button is pressed when the door is traveling upward.
