The Magic Button PK50 operator has been specifically designed to provide the simplest, most cost effective solution for opening & closing high usage gates in units or townhouses with up to 250 dwellings & having separate entry & exit gates. Available in single phase or three phase motors fitted, inverters can be fitted if speed control is required.

Design Features
Designed to be a heavy duty operator, a slipping clutch on the final drive output means safe operation and a built in safety mechanism against being forced or abused.  Smooth operation is achieved by installing the operator correctly.  The unit is supplied with selectable length drive arms.

Maintenance
Due to the construction of the operator, lubrication of moving parts on the gate, the drive chain the pusher arm ball joints and checking of oil level is all that is required.

Locking
Is achieved with a straight arm in the closed position, preventing the gate being pushed against the belt drive.
