Purpose Designed & Built Motor
ATA gate openers do not utilize wipers motor for such a specialized application as gate automation. In fact, ATA have invested thousands of hours in designing the optimum drive motor for gate automation focusing on power and performance. Each motor is coupled with an ATA purpose built and designed gear system to ensure optimally matched drive output for the EasySlider sliding gate openers.

Toothed Racking
The custom made racking is designed to be quite but strong. The high tensile plastic outside protects a steel core. Featuring fixing lugs every 200mm this rack has proved to be highly successful.

High Security Transmitters
Unlike many door & gate remote controls which use a series of fixed (dipswitch) codes, or a preset system of rolling codes, the Magic Button high security transmitters use an advanced hopping code system. A hopping code signal is unique because on every transmission the code automatically accesses one of the pre-stored 4.29 billions codes and is unbreakable by thieves. This prevents thieves copying codes to gain access to your garage, and the possibility of someone else's transmitter opening your garage door is now 4.29 Billion to one.

Security Code Store
Inside every gate opener control module is the advanced code hopping receiver. The technology of the Magic Button receivers can recognizes and store up to 27 unique remote control transmitter codes which is ideal for applications requiring access by from multiple transmitters. Each code can be individually stored or removed at any time and the receiver will retain all stored codes even after a power failure. Additional remote control transmitters are easily programmed by your gate installer

True Positioning Limit Switches
Unlike some gate openers which use a travel time system for open and close positioning which can be affected greatly in strong wind or by wear as the gates become older , we utilize micro-switch positioning which always relies on the gate reaching the fully open or closed position each and every time, regardless of weather conditions.

Automatic Sensitivity
In the event of a obstruction within the gate travel range, the gate can be set to automatically sense an obstruction and reverse to the fully open position if the obstruction is encounted while closing, or instantly stop if traveling to the open position.

Pedestrian Mode
Most gates will be utilized for vehicles and pedestrians. The gate opener allows for the programming of a pedestrian entry/exit mode. If programmed, you can use one of the four buttons on your transmitter to open one of the leafs to predetermined distance to allow for pedestrians to enter and exit, without having to fully open and close both gates to the full travel distance.

Weatherproof Design
The gate opener features a steel lockable drive unit and a fully weatherproof control module. Some systems featuring combined electronic controls and drive unit in the one module are susceptible to the ingress of dust, water, ants and other foreign matter which could cause errors or premature failure of the gate opener.

Manual Operation
Utilizing the key provided, the cover may be unlocked and removed from the drive unit allowing access to the manual override mechanism. This is only accessible once cover has been unlocked and removed.

Battery Back Up
The gate opener can be easily fitted with a battery backup module to allow for multiple operations the gate even during a power failure. The battery is maintained automatically by the electronic control module and will automatically be recharged upon return of acceptable mains power supply.

Inbuilt Courtesy Light
The gate controls have the ability to switch driveway or courtesy lights on and off automatically when the gate is operated. The time in which the lights remain on may also be programmed.
